**Job Title:** Risk and Fraud Prevention Specialist

 

A Risk and Fraud Prevention Specialist is responsible for identifying, preventing, and managing fraudulent activities by analyzing financial transaction patterns, monitoring live payments, and reviewing suspicious activity reports. They conduct customer due diligence verification, approve withdrawals, handle chargebacks, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Analyzing fraud trends and transaction patterns to contribute to process improvements and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Reviewing reports on suspicious activity and conducting thorough investigations.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in risk management.
  • Conducting client account screening and user-profiling to prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Monitoring live transactions for potential fraud and implementing measures to prevent it.
  • Collaborating with other departments to support the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
  • Using advanced analytical tools to detect and prevent suspicious payment transactions and other types of gaming activity.
  • Ongoing verification of customer identity and payment usage to prevent unauthorized transactions.
  • Approving customer withdrawals and resolving any issues related to them.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and tools to enhance overall risk management.
  • Handling chargebacks and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
