">About the Role:
">We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to users related to our systems and associated processes.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level support for system users, including knowledge of systems and associated processes.">
- Retrain and continually develop expertise with applicable systems.">
- Communicate problems and enhancement requests from user groups to the relevant system group.">
- Proactively share information and knowledge with the end-user community.">
- Solicit feedback and identify training gaps.">
- Contribute to relevant system communities to share best practices and ensure aligned approaches.">
- Support business administration tasks, such as testing of system functionality or versions.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background, particularly with systems, processes, and trainings provisioning. A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) with 3 years of relevant healthcare experience, including at least 2 years of relevant clinical operations experience, is also required.
