This is a vital role within our organization, requiring an expertly organized and technically adept professional to optimize and manage data platform operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee user access and permissions across multiple tools
- Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control in Snowflake
- Enhance platform performance and reduce costs
- Collaborate with DevOps for AWS services and networking
- Design infrastructure-as-code with Terraform
- Maintain platform health and ensure effective observability practices
- Contribute to data engineering projects during low-activity periods
- Develop documentation and operational runbooks
- 3–5 years of experience in managing data platforms
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake administration and RBAC
- Familiarity with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools
- Knowledge of cloud data architecture and AWS
- Awareness of data pipeline tools and orchestration
- Basic SQL and Python skills for automation
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to improve processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
