">Job Description:As a Customer Success Director, you will oversee the technical support team, providing leadership and expertise to ensure seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for establishing processes, managing case management systems, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Lead a team of technical support engineers in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop on-going training programs to enhance skill development among staff members.
- Make informed decisions quickly, based on solid understanding of security principles and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management teams to ensure services are aligned and delivered to business requirements.
- Ensure service levels are met and measure performance against them.
What You'll Do:
- Establish best practices throughout the entire technical support process.
- Guide the implementation, continuous improvement, and documentation of new and existing policies, procedures, and processes for Support systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting-edge infrastructures.
- Proven work experience as a people manager.
- Leadership and management skills supporting globally distributed teams.
