Technical Services Leadership Opportunity

Pursue a challenging leadership role within our technical services organization. As a senior director, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities include driving operational excellence, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and aligning strategies with regional sales goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the post-sales Technical Services team in the Latin America region to achieve rapid and reliable deployments.
  • Collaborate with LATAM sales leadership to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and executive-level leadership.
  • Build a strong interlock between Sales, Center of Excellence, Product Management, and Technology teams.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of the LATAM market dynamics and customer expectations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholder groups like sales, product development, and support teams.
  • Thought leadership and adaptability in anticipating changing customer and company needs.
  • Ability to create strategic initiatives that scale and solve complex problems impacting multiple customers.
  • Executive presence; ability to communicate and influence at every level within the organization and with customers.
