We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product roadmap aligned to company strategy and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute product development projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and ops teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Develop and maintain product requirements documents, technical specifications, and release plans.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product management with leadership scope in B2B SaaS and/or marketplace/e-commerce.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Lean principles.
- Experience with project management tools such as Linear, Figma, FigJam, Notion, PostHog, Segment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with marketplaces or e-commerce platforms.
- Prior experience as a product leader or manager.
