Senior Product Development Director

We are seeking an experienced product leader to drive the growth and development of our Cargill Nutrition Cloud platform.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
- Lead the analysis of complex business problems and develop innovative solutions using data-driven insights.
- Oversee workforce administration policies and programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Approve and assess business model design plans for development, ensuring they align with company goals.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements to support business growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of six years of related work experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering software products in web, mobile, IoT, or analytics technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute on that vision.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, collaborating effectively with both direct and indirect reports.
