Product Strategist

As a senior product strategist, you will play a key role in guiding the development of our platform to deliver optimal value for our clients.

We're looking for a highly driven and analytical individual with experience leading product development teams through all stages of the product lifecycle. Your high-level objectives will come from our leadership team, and you must figure out with your team how to accomplish those objectives using knowledge, data, and experience.

  • Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch; iteratively collaborate with cross-functional agile teams
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to understand user needs and develop solutions using customer analytics and market research
  • Plan and execute the product roadmap based on a prioritized backlog of new features and enhancements

You are innately passionate about customers and how a product can help solve their biggest problems. We're looking for someone who is flexible, can effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, and make decisions without always having the total picture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to understand user needs
  3. Plan and execute the product roadmap
  4. Write product specifications, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
  5. Report on key milestones and initiatives
  6. Partner with operations and client support to design workflows and solve user pain points
  7. Stay abreast of competitive landscape and industry trends
