Product Development Lead

This is an opportunity to partner with Fortune 500 clients in shaping their product vision. As a Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for managing scope, risk, and new product opportunities while advising clients on complex issues of scope, design, architecture, and process.

Responsibilities
  • Drive product development through the creation of products critical to client businesses
  • Apply deep client services experience to drive effective decision-making on complex issues
  • Deliver timely communication to various audiences, including engineering teams, product managers, marketing partners, and C-level executives
  • Create project plans and goals that align and drive convergent implementation
  • Promote sustainable flow for your team while focusing on key client objectives
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in software development as a Project Manager, Product Manager, or Team Lead in a client services business
  • Experience leading custom software development projects from discovery through UX design, implementation, and deployment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage software projects with complex scope and multiple stakeholders
  • Expert communicator who can run workshops and meetings to align stakeholder groups on enterprise business goals
  • You have a blend of business, user experience, and software project management acumen
