Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced UX Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing user behavior, and designing intuitive wireframes for desktop and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience working with tools such as Figma and Visily. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure seamless user experiences.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to understand user behaviors and flows, pain points, and needs.
  • Analyze existing user interfaces and design solutions.
  • Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and usability studies to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Test and validate design concepts through A/B testing, surveys, and analytics.
  • Document research findings and present insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in UX research and UI/UX design.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with frequent changes and rapid iteration cycles.
  • Strong focus on delivering high-quality user experiences through thoughtful design, usability, and research-backed insights.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Visily, and similar design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), usability principles, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
