Senior User Experience Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher to drive user experience innovation and deliver high-quality research-backed insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth competitor and market analysis, utilising tools like Visily or Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough competitors & market research to understand user behaviours, pain points, and needs.
- Analyse existing user interfaces and design of our own solutions.
- Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and usability studies to inform data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure seamless user experiences.
- 2+ years of experience in UX research and UI/UX design.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with frequent changes and rapid iteration cycles.
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality user experiences through thoughtful design, usability, and research-backed insights.
- Proficiency in Visily (preferred), Figma, and similar design tools.
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
