Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our product development process, you will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing user behavior, and designing intuitive wireframes.

About the Role:
  • Conduct market research to understand user behaviors, pain points, and needs.
  • Analyze existing user interfaces and design solutions.
  • Create prototypes, wireframes, and mockups using tools like Figma.
  • Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and usability studies to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Test and validate design concepts through A/B testing, surveys, interviews, and analytics.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Experience supporting products from early-stage ideation to large-scale adoption.
  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an asset.
