Seeking an experienced recruiter to source skilled engineers for relocation to Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of local talent and excellent communication skills.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top engineering talent in the region.
- Building trust with suitable candidates and informing them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden is also crucial.
- Collaboration with a global team of recruiters and executive management team in Sweden to support relocation efforts is essential.
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple locations to achieve recruitment goals is also necessary.
Requirements include at least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector.
- A solid network of local engineering talent within IT is essential.
- Strong service orientation and flexible mindset are also required.
- Upper intermediate English language proficiency is necessary.
- Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods is essential.
- Analytical and well-organized individual with attention to detail is required.
- A self-confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills is also necessary.
Benefits include remuneration starting at $1200 USD per month, free national holidays, paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem expenses.
