Headhunter Position in Swedish IT Industry

As a senior headhunter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and approaching talented engineers for relocation to Sweden.

Sweden offers an excellent quality of life by international comparisons. As such, you will be responsible for building trust with potential candidates, helping them navigate the process of moving to another country.

You will have the support of a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team handling relocation matters for our consultants.

Our clients are primarily based within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.

Collaboration with colleagues from various countries, including Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam, is essential for this position.

To be successful, you should have at least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment or similar technical experience, as well as a solid network of local engineering talent within the IT sector.

Additional skills required include:

  • understanding of headhunting principles,
  • upper-intermediate English language proficiency,
  • knowledge of contemporary IT technologies,
  • and analytical and organized work habits.

We offer flexible work arrangements allowing you to choose between working from home or a co-location center. Remuneration starts at 1200 USD per month, along with additional benefits such as paid holidays, vacation days, and per diem allowances.
