Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to support the full trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate trade processing, smooth settlements, and exceptional client service.

  • Responsibilities:
  • To act as the primary operational point of contact for institutional clients across the Americas, handling inquiries on account setup, funding, trade status, and platform usage.
  • To partner with internal teams across Technology, Product, Clearing, and Compliance to resolve client requests promptly.
  • To support client onboarding (KYC), including documentation, operational setup, and platform access.
  • To track and manage client issues, ensuring visibility, ownership, and timely resolution within SLAs.
  • To proactively monitor client activity and system alerts, escalating potential issues as needed.
  • To document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases and playbooks.
  • To collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in back-office, middle-office, or operations roles within a broker-dealer, bank, or fintech.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and clearing mechanisms across asset classes.
  • Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools, custodians, and clearing houses.
  • An analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and client-first orientation.
  • Based in São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid, Faria Lima office).
