Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations group, you will be responsible for managing site quality and delivery from site identification through close-out.
This role involves building strong relationships with sites, overseeing trial conduct, ensuring subject rights and well-being, evaluating data quality and integrity, and addressing site issues through effective problem-solving.
You will work closely with our Clinical Operations Leader to ensure seamless trial execution and provide exceptional support to our site teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage site quality and delivery
- Oversee trial conduct
- Evaluate data quality and integrity
- Address site issues through problem-solving
Requirements:
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively seek guidance when needed
- Advanced presentation skills
- Client-focused approach to work
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of CTMS, EDMS, and MS-Office products
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and achieve project timelines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Site management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research
- Understanding of clinical trials methodology and terminology
- Degree-level education (biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline preferred)
