Site Activation Coordinator Job Description

The Site Activation Coordinator plays a vital role in the activation of investigative sites for clinical studies. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate site activation activities.

In this role, you will work closely with the Site Activation Manager, Project Management team, and other departments to ensure that all regulatory and contractual documents are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing site regulatory documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Distributing completed documents to sites and internal project team members
  • Supporting the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with accurate and complete project-specific information
  • Reviewing, tracking, and following up on the progress, approval, and execution of documents, regulatory, ethics, Informed Consent Form (ICF), and Investigator Pack (IP) release documents

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years' experience in a similar position in a healthcare environment. You should also have advanced English language skills and good interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
