About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Latin America market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LATAM market.
  • Manage local sales channels and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and opportunity tracking to ensure accurate sales projections.
  • Represent Airgain, Inc. at regional and national trade shows and conferences.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve strategic objectives and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role within the wireless, telecommunications, or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of wireless products, FWA, fleet tracking, and IoT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
