Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Team Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in clinical operations and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

The Clinical Team Manager will be responsible for managing all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies, involving moderate to high complexity, in compliance with ICH-GCP.

  • Manage clinical deliverables, anticipate problems, find solutions, and deliver results.
  • Develop monitoring strategies and clinical tools in alignment with the study protocol and contract/scope of work with the client.
  • Collaborate with the Project Lead for the development of the Project Plan and to prepare or present at client meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
  • Experience in the following therapeutic areas: Hematology/Oncology, Vaccines, Infectious and Respiratory Diseases, General Medicine, Neurosciences, and Cardiovascular/Metabolic.
