Job Overview

This is a mid-senior level position requiring experience in local books preparation and audit support, with a focus on results and good communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in accounting and be proficient in Excel, particularly in the use of pivot tables. They will also possess strong time management skills and be able to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and execute the preparation of local statutory accounting books and financial statements.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing financial and statistical information for regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect and validate data for statutory reporting.
  • Coordinate with the Tax Department to prepare tax-related information aligned with statutory financials.
  • Provide support during external audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor queries.
  • Maintain and monitor internal controls related to statutory accounting and reporting processes.
  • Participate in the implementation and use of systems and tools that support automation and efficiency in statutory accounting and compliance activities.
Required Skills And Expertise

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in accounting, especially in local books preparation and/or audit supports.
  • Focus on goals and results.
  • Good communication & time management skills.
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
  • Excel Knowledge: Basic level of Excel, specifically in the use of pivot tables.
  • Intermediate English: Ability to communicate in English.
  • SAP knowledge: Basic level of SAP/S4H would be valuable.
