Our mission is to drive the future of snacking and safety. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Environmental Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary care services to the site, coordinating and managing the site health program, including safety inspections, ergonomics training and assessments, to drive a reduction in work and non-work related injuries.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care services to the site and coordinate and manage the site health program.
  • Coordinate preventative health and wellness programs to drive a reduction in work-related injuries.
  • Provide initial emergency response, resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill or injured patients.
  • Support the development of health-related policies and standard operating procedures for the site.
  • Manage, maintain and administer medical equipment and consumables in line with legal and medical standards.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in occupational health or claims management, as well as experience in OHS and injury management. A strong understanding of workers' compensation and injury management legislative requirements is also essential.
