Application Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • We plan and execute intervention jobs using electro-hydraulic, wireline, and DSL services, including simulations and job programs.
  • We support field operations and address customer inquiries in real-time.
  • We deliver technical presentations and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
  • We participate in incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
  • We ensure compliance with HSE standards and operational procedures.
  • We collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee job readiness and service quality.
  • We maintain and update technical documentation and best practices.
  • We build long-term customer relationships that result in high levels of satisfaction and contract growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, petroleum, electrical, or related field).
  • Strong knowledge of well intervention operations with wireline and/or digital slickline.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic field environments.
  • Effective communication skills for technical discussions with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in simulation software and technical reporting tools.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Initiative and commitment to continuous improvement and safety.
