Offshore Well Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Well Intervention Professional to lead our offshore well intervention operations. The position is based in Brazil and requires a 14x14 rotation.
Job Responsibilities- Design, plan and execute well intervention operations using slickline, electric line, coiled tubing, stimulation and diagnostic services.
- Provide technical support to ensure compliance with safety, operational and environmental standards during execution.
- Coordinate logistics, equipment readiness and contractor alignment for all offshore well activities.
- Monitor wellsites, track performance and report on operational metrics accurately.
- Participate in After Action Reviews (AAR) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in offshore well intervention engineering.
- Valid certifications in CBSP and T-HUET.
- Experience with well intervention tools and techniques.
