  1. The work undertaken by the Print Operations Specialist is completed in line with the Service Level Agreement and Statement of Work relevant for the customer.

General:

  1. This is an intermediate-level job that requires some work experience and has developed knowledge and skills through formal training.
  2. The Print Operations Specialist applies their knowledge and skills to complete assigned work within their area of expertise.
  3. They identify problems in straightforward situations and make sound decisions using standard procedures.
  4. They work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Operate and maintain Xerox devices to ensure optimal performance and quality.
  2. Ensure that quality standards are achieved and customer requirements are met.
  3. Act as an expert when advising customers on non-standard production requirements.
  4. Replenish consumables and perform key operator maintenance as required.
