Software Engineering Recruitment Opportunity

In the IT sector, there is a pressing need for skilled engineers. Sweden aims to recruit approximately 30,000 software engineers by 2030, as stated by the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Currently, there are about 200 open positions for Software Engineers with clients in Sweden who require our assistance.

Job Role

As a senior headhunter, your primary objective will be to identify and attract top engineering talent ready to relocate to Sweden. You will work closely with a competent global team of recruiters and an executive management team based in Sweden to build trust with suitable candidates and facilitate their transition to Sweden. Our company takes care of all logistical aspects, including visa procurement, work permits, travel arrangements, housing, and relocation support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in recruitment within the IT sector or similar technical fields.
  • A well-established network of local engineering talent within the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on service orientation and adaptability.
  • Upper intermediate English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods, along with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • An analytical mindset, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation, confidence, and a passion for success.
