About the RoleThis senior headhunter position involves identifying and attracting top engineering talent to relocate to Sweden. Your Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with local engineering talent within the IT sector.

- Understand the principles of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
- Communicate effectively in English at an upper intermediate level.

- Demonstrate self-confidence, social skills, and a high level of motivation.
- Show resilience and persistence when faced with obstacles.
- Pursue success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.
