Job Title: Formulation Expert

 

As a Formulation Expert, you will be the key player in managing formula systems for the South America region. This role ensures accurate, accessible, and aligned data powering product formulas, driving informed decisions, seamless collaboration, and efficient product commercialization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the accuracy of our formula database to ensure error-free, regulation-compliant product data.
  • Manage the IPA administrative system by setting up roles, approvals, and workflows and keeping them current as the organization evolves.
  • Generate and analyze data from IPA systems to drive continuous improvement across workflows and processes.
  • Support system upgrades, acquisitions, and new product launches by managing large-scale formula changes or uploads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IPA processes align with quality, safety, and business goals.
  • Assist with global commercialization projects and integrations to ensure seamless, reliable data flow between platforms.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline.
  • Experience working with formulas, either in manufacturing, development, or technical service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of the English language.
