Job Title: Functional Rehabilitation Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team of dynamic therapists. Responsibilities
  • Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Regularly reassess treatment plans and communicate with the treatment team, physician, and family members
  • Perform discharge evaluations and provide recommendations for continued care
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • A current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state where you practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • A minimum of one year's experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds and perform other physical demands of the job
