Technical Sales Manager

Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional ready to shape the future of maritime sustainability? We're seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead growth across our Energy Solutions and Water Solutions portfolios.

This is a challenging role that requires a strong commercial mindset, proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, and high level of self-motivation, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Drive profitable sales across assigned regions and customer bases.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through regular face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to track pipeline and sales progression.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably in the maritime industry. A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  1. Qualify and prioritize opportunities using a best-practice technical sales approach.
  2. Collaborate with Product Management, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to align sales activities and support business development.
  3. Deliver presentations and promote us as a market leader in sustainability and compliance.
