Job Purpose:

The Project Cost Optimization Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial controls of large EPCI projects, utilizing management tools to enhance lookahead culture and ensure project financial consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establishing Project Budgets
  2. Supporting package managers with financial analysis, including LOP forecasts.
  3. Estimating total forecasts, including quantities, costs, revenues, currency, and expected outcomes.
  4. Preparing Project Forecasts
  5. Anticipating deviations and supporting mitigation plans and decision-making by PCM and Project Director.
  6. Preparation of project performance analysis.
  7. Generation of monthly internal Project Management Review (PMR).
  8. Cost Accounting Reconciliation
  9. Management of a team of up to 10 Project Controllers.
  10. Skillset Enhancement
  11. Consolidation of financial statements (P&L segmentation) for multi-entity projects.
  12. Preparation of actual and forecasted cash flows per entity and currency, with justifications.
