The role involves conducting evaluations of different health interventions, including policies, programs, and services. The consultant will work in a team with IPEA researchers to design and carry out assessments using various methodological approaches. This includes executive, problem diagnosis, design, implementation, governance, results, impact, economic, and social returns, as well as efficiency assessments.
Responsibilities- Design and conduct evaluations of health interventions, such as policies, programs, and services.
- Work with a team of researchers to identify the most effective and efficient methods for evaluation.
- Use data analysis and econometric models to assess the impact of health interventions.
Qualifications/Special Skills
Doctorate in economics or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in evaluating social policies and programs, especially in the health area.
Experience in using databases, statistical models, and econometrics.
