Project Leader Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of various projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing teams and coordinating complex projects. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets and track expenses using standardized rate sheets.
  • Coordinate capacity planning with domain leads and B2B guidelines.
  • Assign resources and plan tasks complete with resource models and milestones.
  • Oversee project billing artifacts, statements of work, purchase orders, and capital requests.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and IT leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in information systems
• Background in project management, SAP, finance, supply chain, and/or logistics (a plus)
• Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under specific timelines and in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
