We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Monitor Logistics Systems Analyst to join our team.
This role is responsible for overseeing the monitoring and EDI quality of logistics systems, driving efficiencies, reducing errors, and improving data quality and standardization processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze system functions such as EDI transactions (e.g. 210, 990,214) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and proactive issue resolution
- Monitor visibility data flows and data completeness within the FourKites platform
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and escalate system errors to ensure minimal disruptions
- Standardize system monitoring processes by ensuring consistent execution of tasks across locations
- Collaborate with local and global logistics teams to streamline processes and implement best practices
- Use data insights to optimize system performance and drive continuous improvement
- Systems to be Monitored:
- EDI Processing (Electronic Data Interchange)
- EDIs facilitate seamless data exchange with external logistics partners
- Data flows from internal TMS to Fourkites to ensure data flow and accuracy for all shipments
- The analyst will monitor EDI processing errors from SAP EBS to 3PL-WMS, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of transaction failures
- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous work experience in logistics, transportation, or operations
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex information systems
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Transportation
- Previous experience in working with external carrier partners on EDI Quality and Timeliness
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), SAP EBS, or UC4 job processing
- Experience with error resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tracking
