Job Title: System Operations Specialist

The role of a System Operations Specialist is crucial to the seamless functioning of global supply chain systems.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving key platforms, including SAP ECC, APO, JDA, and HANA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and optimization of internal supply chain systems, encompassing SAP ECC, APO, JDA Planning, HANA, and related platforms.
  • Prompt monitoring and troubleshooting of system issues to ensure business continuity.
  • Providing recommendations for IT optimization from a holistic system perspective to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Adherence to SLA standards for incident response and resolution.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong PL/SQL development skills; familiarity with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and other common databases.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDA) is advantageous.
  • Able to analyze system anomalies and propose optimization solutions.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts or rotating shifts if required.
