Order and Delivery Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Order and Delivery Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing, managing, and delivering orders according to contractual requirements for all products and services.

The job involves overseeing responsibilities within order execution for new deliveries, returns, and distribution. You will also follow up on phases of delivery and return flows to create an efficient execution of the Supply chain, optimizing management and control in both order and return flows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract delivery fulfillment
  • Perform order fulfillment
  • Execute return fulfillment
  • Complete operational distribution
  • Accomplish supply operation improvement work

Requirements:

  • Education: Upper Secondary School, University degree in Business Administration or relevant area is preferred
  • Minimum years of experience (recruiter to supply)
  • Domain experience: recruiter to supply area of expertise
  • Knowledge in Logistics
  • Product management and market operations experience
  • Good communication skills in verbal and written English
