Job Opportunity: Salesforce FSC Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Cloud Developer to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in developing on Salesforce platforms, with a strong background in Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to validate functional and technical requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy Salesforce applications through agile-based project work.
- Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform to meet client needs.
- Ensure quality control assurance through test-driven design and unit testing.
- Conduct solution definition, estimations, and proof-of-concepts as part of client-facing activities.
- Author artifacts related to requirements specifications and client-facing design deliverables.
- Apply best practices in performing bug resolution, enhancements, and operational support.
- Maintain continuous learning in application design, best practices, and standards-based approaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience developing on Salesforce platforms and familiarity with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Minimal certification of Salesforce Platform Developer 1.
- Understanding and experience with Force.com Apex & Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in core web technologies, including HTML5, JavaScript.
- Direct experience consulting on CRM projects for small market and mid-size companies.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Benefits:
This is a remote nearshore role that can be based in any nearshore location. The contract is initially for 2-3 months, but it is likely to extend for 9 months. The working hours are 40 hours per week, and the professional/advanced English fluency is required.
