Institutional Partnership Coordinator

The Analyst Relations Institutions Junior position is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of strategic partnerships in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil.
Main Responsibilities- Support daily operations and management of access and maintenance of relationships with key cities for forest expansion and new investments;
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders for project engagement;
- Provide support to management for access to municipalities impacted by operations;
- Analyze and develop institutional strategies for engagement in strategic forums and advocacy campaigns;
- Prepare activity tracking spreadsheets and meeting results with internal areas;
- Develop profiles, briefings, talking points, and position papers;
- Maintain relationships with municipal stakeholders, including prefectures, municipal departments, Chambers, sector associations, and entities;
- Participate in internal projects;
- Organize events and manage relationships with various stakeholders;
- A degree in a related field;
- 1-2 years of working experience or exposure in a similar role (advantageous but not essential);
- Willingness to relocate to the job location;
