• Administer medications and treatments while engaging with residents and observing their day-to-day behavior.
• Provide social and emotional support, encouraging residents' independence and promoting their overall comfort and well-being.
• Manage medication supplies, ensuring quality control and complete up-to-date stock levels.

• Prior direct-care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated respect for patient rights and confidentiality.
• Up-to-date medication certification requirements preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required in this role.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) at a level that enables safe and efficient job performance.
