Job Description
  • Create and optimize brand stores on Amazon.
  • Design store architecture (home page, subpages, categories).
  • Implement and update layouts in Amazon Store Builder.
  • Select and upload content: banners, lifestyle photos, descriptions, videos, CTAs.
  • Implement A/B tests (e.g. different page layouts, messages, product collections).
  • Analyze strategy and performance.
  • Prepare a brand store strategy in terms of UX, storytelling, and sales.
  • Monitor results (Store Insights, Brand Analytics).
  • Data-driven optimization: heatmaps, clicks, user paths.
  • Propose improvements to increase CTR, conversion, and time spent on the site.
  • Proofread and check content correctness and alignment with requirements.
  • Upload and correct content.
  • Manage files, databases, and data migration, PIM maintenance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in eRetail, specifically in Amazon Brand Stores.
  • Good knowledge of Amazon Store Builder and Brand Analytics.
  • Experience working with Amazon in the Seller or Vendor model.
  • Practical knowledge of UX, e-commerce design, and conversion principles.
  • Experience optimizing visual and written content for e-retailers.
  • Knowledge of PIM tools such as Salsify.
  • Good analytical and project management skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO practices for e-retailers and tools like Helium10/Jungle Scout.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Assertiveness and courage in presenting ideas.
  • Advanced English Level - at least C1+.
