Delightful Dining Experience

We are seeking a skilled Food Runner to join our team. This role involves ensuring that all food gets out of the window in a timely fashion to our guests while checking the orders for accuracy and finalizing additional requests to confirm the ticket is ready for serving.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering memorable experiences, enhancing people's lives, and having fun while doing it. They will be the main means of communication between the FOH and BOH, supporting and working alongside servers to ensure the highest level of customer service and efficiency.

The major responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Ensuring each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment by greeting and acknowledging every customer, answering commonly asked questions, and moving the guest through the transaction process promptly.
  2. Being familiar with all menu items, products, sides, dressings, sauces, toppings, garnishes, and most importantly food allergies.
  3. Accurately preparing all orders according to the ticket.
  4. Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately.
  5. Being the bridge between FOH and BOH regarding food orders by communicating clearly with the kitchen and wait staff.


To be successful in this role, you should have excellent oral and written communication skills, superb customer service and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you should be flexible with hours and days of work and able to stand for long periods while using your hands.
