">Key Responsibilities:">

  2. Greet each guest warmly and acknowledge their presence in a timely manner.">
  3. Provide menus and answer questions about food options, ingredients, and preparation methods.">
  4. Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including the host stand, tables, and surrounding areas.">
  5. Process orders accurately and efficiently, using a point-of-sale system as needed.">
  6. Manage cash and credit transactions, handling payments and making change as required.">
  7. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and other hosts to ensure a smooth service flow.">
  8. Anticipate and address guest needs, resolving issues promptly and professionally.">
  9. Maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure, even during peak periods or in high-stress situations.">
  10. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills.">

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.">
  • No prior experience is necessary, but prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.">
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.">
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 10 pounds, and walk on uneven surfaces.">
