Our organization is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to provide exceptional customer experiences aligned with our core values.
Key Responsibilities- Offer proactive updates and ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to highlight issues causing unnecessary challenges and take ownership of the customer journey.
- Meet weekly targets and contribute to team and department performance metrics.
- Adopt a commercial mindset, identifying opportunities to convert customers and cross-sell products.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer queries and escalate urgent issues.
- Native level of Hungarian language proficiency.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an online business with customer service or payments expertise.
- Experience within online gambling required for this position.
- Expertise in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mind-set, and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and relate to customer feelings and perspectives.
