As a delivery manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service on behalf of our clients and delight their customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 20-30 customer service representatives, team leaders, and account managers remotely
- Coordinate with employees from various countries and clients worldwide
- Develop effective plans and roadmaps to drive team success
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure seamless communication
You will be responsible for driving business growth through your team's performance, ensuring timely issue resolution, and providing coaching and development opportunities for your team members.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and goals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
Requirements:- Proven experience in managing complex teams containing various roles
- Success story in managing 25+ people, preferably in the customer service industry
- Prior experience working in a B2B environment
- Strong initiative-taking and autonomy skills
- Excellent written and spoken English fluency
