Job Description:

The Director of Financial Aid oversees the administration of all financial aid and scholarship programs. They provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Office of Financial Aid, ensuring efficient processing and customer service.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective financial aid strategies, collaborating with other units, and promoting a student-centered culture by educating students and their families about college financing options.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree is required.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in financial aid is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of admissions and financial aid processes is essential.
  • Leadership and management skills are crucial, including the ability to lead and manage a results-oriented team of financial aid professionals.
