Job Title: Financial Aid Strategist
About the Role:
We seek an experienced leader to oversee the administration of financial aid programs. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies, while developing strategies to support enrollment and revenue goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the efficient processing of financial aid applications and disbursements.
- Develop and implement effective financial aid plans to meet university objectives.
- Collaborate with Enrollment Management and Student Success teams to align financial aid efforts.
- Work closely with the Office of the Bursar to ensure seamless student billing and payment processes.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills in financial aid administration.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic financial aid plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Experience working with federal and institutional financial aid programs.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to financial aid.
