Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Aid Manager. This role involves developing financial aid packages for prospective and current students, training new counselors on packaging procedures, and assisting with the processing of SAP Appeals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role:

  • Develop financial aid packages for students and exercise discretion in reviewing confidential information.
  • Train new counselors on packaging procedures.
  • Assist with SAP Appeal processes.
  • Collaborate with the Systems Management Team and Student Finance to ensure accurate tuition set-ups.
  • Manage the financial aid process for Professional Programs and provide reporting strategies.
  • Develop communication and presentation strategies for financial wellness group debt management sessions.
  • Oversee the annual loan debt project and generate loan debt reports for data analysis.
  • Provide counseling services to students, alumni, and counselors.
