About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and program satisfaction for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients to develop individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and owning communications
- Produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights by using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data
- Leverage comprehensive Amazon knowledge to develop solutions that meet clients' objectives
- Consult with clients on opportunities derived and potential business impact
- Serve as a proficient sparring partner to guide the execution of strategic plans, answer ad-hoc questions, and help overcome operational and subject-specific challenges
- Gain trust by collaborating closely with clients and delivering results, building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Educate clients about Amazon's solutions and news to enhance their knowledge about selling on Amazon
- Prepare and present performance deep dives to facilitate monthly discussions around business progress, current challenges, and strategic plans
- Owning a specific subject within our service organization, supporting peers, inventing processes/tools to benefit internal and external stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
- Commercial professional experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in English (read, write, speak)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SQL
