The Retail team is seeking a seasoned Pricing Strategy Manager to lead pricing strategy and operations for Brazil. This individual will be responsible for defining, building, and delivering pricing strategies for all retail categories in BR, ensuring that we earn long-term customer trust by offering the best prices to customers across millions of products.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure that our pricing strategy is aligned with their goals.
  • Evaluate the retail landscape, adjust our pricing strategy, and generate insights for business teams, guiding categories to offer competitive prices.
  • Work with multiple teams across Amazon, including Pricing Operations, Business Intelligence, Vendor Managers, Category Leaders, Payments, and Finance.
  • Audit pricing initiatives to ensure we remain competitive.
  • Develop and report on key pricing efforts and metrics.
  • Drive and launch initiatives to completion and success, partnering effectively with supporting teams.
  • Understand BR specific requirements and educate WW teams on those.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Relevant years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Experience with program or project management.
  • Managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality.
