Senior Compliance Specialist Job Overview

This is a senior role that involves dealing with various tasks related to anticorruption in the commercial sector, focusing on process coordination and data analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct counterparty know your customer (KYC) procedures and due diligence processes
  • Participate in conflict of interest and gift policies development and implementation
  • Analyze data to prepare reports and maintain statistical tables, ensuring compliance risk assessment and monitoring
  • Develop internal compliance rules and procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with international anti-corruption legislation (FCPA, UKBA)
  • At least three years of experience in anti-corruption compliance roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to listen and persuasively convey opinions, with a plus for compliance professional certifications
  • Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage, but not required
