Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Professional to oversee various tasks related to anticorruption in the commercial sector.

This includes daily responsibilities such as due diligence and compliance clauses, as well as project-based strategic and cross-functional tasks like process automation.

  • Conducting thorough counterparty investigations to identify reliability risks, negative information, sanctions, corruption, and other compliance issues;
  • Participating in the development of internal rules and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence;
  • Data analysis, report preparation, and maintaining statistical tables to ensure compliance and risk assessment;
  • Participating in the compliance risk assessment and monitoring procedures to identify and address potential issues;
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of existing compliance measures and implementing improvements where necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated understanding of international anti-corruption legislation, including FCPA and UKBA;
  • A minimum of three years of experience in anti-corruption compliance;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey opinions and collaborate with colleagues;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to analyze data and identify trends;
  • Ability to persuasively convey opinions to drive compliance decisions;
  • Compliance professional certifications are advantageous.
